Nous recrutons un(e) assistant(e) Customer Care Service qui aura pour mission de servir et fidéliser les clients dans la Gestion des activités services et location, en incarnant au quotidien les valeurs Baxter (Rapidité, Courage, Simplicité et Collaboration) pour atteindre l’excellence opérationnelle.
Ce que vous ferez :
- Assurer la gestion des Contrats de maintenance, devis services, jobs services, gestion activité location
- Assurer la gestion des contrats de service (paramétrage dans l’ERP)
- Devis et suivi des interventions de service
- Gestion des commandes de location
- Maintenance et mise à jour de la base installée
- Assurer le suivi de facturation, le traitement des réclamations
- Réceptionner et traiter les appels téléphoniques/e-mails des clients
- Gérer les problèmes liés aux commandes et établissement de Note de Crédit si nécessaire
- Participer au développement du service en proposant des actions d’améliorations pour atteindre les objectifs sécurité, qualité, coûts & délais (KPI’s, excellence opérationnelle, application des standards)
- Répondre aux divers audits internes/externes
Ce que vous apporterez :
- Bac Technique à Bac+2 Assistanat commercial, commerce international, assistanat de Direction ou niveau acquis par la pratique
- Première expérience souhaitée d’un an dans un service d’assistanat commercial
- Connaissance de l’ERP, Outlook et Pack Office
- De l'autonomie et de l'esprit d'initiative sont requis.
- Anglais et néerlandais courants
