VOTRE PROCHAIN POSTE
Nous recrutons un Ingénieur Commercial (F/H) pour la région Sud-Ouest (86, 17, 16, 87, 23, 33, 24,19, 47, 46, 12, 40, 32, 82, 81, 64, 65, 31, 09,15,63,03) afin de proposer nos solutions médicales destinées aux blocs opératoires (tables d’opérations, éclairages…) auprès des professionnels de santé.


MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
Tout en respectant la vision, la mission, les procédures et les valeurs de l’entreprise, vous serez amené à :

  • Garantir, promouvoir et développer la vente des solutions Hillrom-Baxter sur votre secteur
  • Vous engager et garantir la réalisation d’un business plan régional annuel
  • Prospecter, identifier et suivre les cibles « publics & privés » régionales
  • Mettre en place des plans d’action sur le secteur (calendrier, actions, moyens, budget…)
  • Gérer les forecasts et tenir à jour de manière rigoureuse les informations enregistrées dans le logiciel Hillrom dédié.
  • Bâtir en relation avec la Direction Commerciale une offre répondant au mieux aux attentes du client tout en respectant la stratégie nationale d’Hillrom-Baxter.
  • Garantir la satisfaction totale de chaque client (plan de formation, mesure de la satisfaction, livraison, etc.…).
  • S’engager à une gestion dynamique, justifiée et validée des démonstrations sur votre secteur en lien avec les ingénieurs d’application et les assistantes commerciales.
  • Connaître et gérer des acteurs régionaux influents.
  • Faire des reportings réguliers de votre activité
  • Mettre en œuvre les procédures d’assurance qualité et renseigner les réclamations clients
  • Planifier et coordonner les interventions chez les clients avec les services internes concernés (Marketing – service client etc.)
  • S'assurer de la satisfaction des clients.


PROFIL
De formation supérieure biomédicale avec une spécialité ventes, vous êtes autonome, reconnu pour votre capacité à vous dépasser et possédez de fortes compétences relationnelles. Vous disposez d'une expérience de 3 ans minimum dans la vente de dispositifs médicaux au sein du bloc opératoire.  Proactif(ve) et disponible, vous êtes capable d'analyser et de proposer la solution adéquate à vos clients. La maîtrise de l'anglais est un plus.
