The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a Business Project Analyst to join our Integrated Supply Chain team at Baxter. In this role you will play a critical role in driving the successful implementation of network optimization initiatives, including the transition of internal warehouse operations to a third-party logistics (3PL) provider.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will analyze business needs, develop and implement project plans, and ensure seamless execution of projects across Baxter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for network optimization initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and effective communication

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed to ensure flawless execution

  • Coordinate the implementation of network optimization initiatives, working closely with 3PL providers to ensure a smooth transition of operations

  • Develop and implement robust processes and procedures for 3PL operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

  • Collaborate closely with collaborators to identify business needs and accomplish project goals

  • Develop and implement change management plans to reduce disruptions to customers and business operations

  • Communicate project plans, progress, and results transparently to collaborators, ensuring alignment and engagement

  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports to keep collaborators informed and involved

  • Ensure collaborators are well-informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle to achieve outstanding results.

Key requirements:

  • Tertiary degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management or related fields

  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis

  • Experience in logistics and supply chain management, particularly with a focus on implementation and change management is desirable

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

  • Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management software, such as Manhattan Associates or JDA will be beneficial

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with collaborators at all levels

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

  • APICS (Association for Supply Chain and Operations Management) certification or equivalent.
