We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our EMEA team. This role will be based in Greece and will manage HR Operations, Payroll, and labour law-related issues in Greece for 2-3 days per week. The remaining time will be dedicated to supporting other countries within Western Europe in HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR Operations, Payroll, and labour law-related issues in Greece, including but not limited to employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance with local labour laws.
  • Provide HR support to Western European countries, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
  • Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure consistency and alignment of HR processes and practices across the region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external vendors.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects to support the business objectives of the organization.
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR-related topics.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits for employees in Greece and Western Europe.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in labour laws and regulations in Greece and Western Europe and ensure compliance with these changes.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Greek labour laws and regulations, as well as experience in managing HR Operations, Payroll, and labour law-related issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve HR-related issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage HR projects and initiatives to successful completion.
  • Strong team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with the global HR team and other stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and payroll software.
  • Fluency in Greek and English is required, with additional language skills a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in managing HR Operations, Payroll, and labour law-related issues in Greece is required
  • Experience in supporting other countries in HR Operations is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and processes
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations in Greece
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and payroll software
  • Fluency in Greek and English is required, with additional language skills a plus
