Summary:

· Responsible for products and medical devices sales generation and growth in the designated geographical area with regular customers’ visits, for achievement of qualitative and quantitative sales goals, influencing criteria needed to differentiate in a tender to influence them, implementing marketing strategies, providing therapy related educational training and support related to product and services support to hospitals and clinical institutions and managing allocated expenses in line with annual approved plan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Achieve revenue, sales, profit & qualitative objectives and targets for the assigned therapies and / or medical products and devices within his/her own geographical or business area.

· Manage day-to-day relationships and deal with customers’ complaints & implement corrective actions and provide customer training and support or any assistance needed.

· Schedule meetings with existing and potential new customers, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other HCPs, to present Baxter products, equipment and therapy as well as distribute/promote all approved promotional materials advantages to increase awareness and to persuade customers to make purchases.

· Identify new tenders or tenders’ renewals and cooperate with head of department as well as the tender manager to respond timely and effectively to differentiate Baxter.

o Continuously assess the market for new customers / opportunities / risks for Baxter products.

· Build and develop professional long-term customer relationships, provide excellent after-sales service and records outcomes in BOOST.

· Propose appropriate solutions that will maximize opportunities both for customer and Baxter.

o Works closely with all members of the sales and marketing department.

· Gather competitors’ products, pricing, and market success activities information to increase market intelligence and share them within the department.

o Ensure proper internal and external flow of communication and coordination of activities.

o Participate in congresses and symposia in co-ordination with Marketing and Medical and other customer events.

o Excellent mother tongue and good level of English written and spoken.

· Computer Skills:

o Good knowledge of MS Office

Education and/or Experience:

o Bachelor’s degree required. Scientific or medical / paramedical degree – strong scientific background.

o Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience within Healthcare Industry /Hospital environment /medical sales.

· Having working experience promoting to Nephrologists, Intensivists, Hospital Pharmacists will be considered as an additional asset.
