What are your responsibilities?

Manage orders coming from Customers, under his own responsibility or in support of other team members, acting as back-up when needed, applying SOPs and working practices defined at team level and granting a high level of service to the Customer.
Primary contact for Customers and PD patients.
Manage complaints coming from Customers according to SOPs and involving all the other functions needed to solve the issues.
Co-operate within the CS team in the implementation of new activities, processes and procedures, to optimize the service given to Customers.
Co-operate with the Internal Functions involved in Customer Service Processes, such as Business (Marketing & Sales Force), Finance, QA, PV, Warehouse, TDS, Technical Service

Skills:

Good MS Office applications knowledge - Ability to excel
Multitasking capacity
Collaborative team player
Communication skills
Target oriented
Possibly knowledge of the English language
