What are your responsibilities?
- Manage orders coming from Customers, under his own responsibility or in support of other team members, acting as back-up when needed, applying SOPs and working practices defined at team level and granting a high level of service to the Customer.
- Primary contact for Customers and PD patients.
- Manage complaints coming from Customers according to SOPs and involving all the other functions needed to solve the issues.
- Co-operate within the CS team in the implementation of new activities, processes and procedures, to optimize the service given to Customers.
- Co-operate with the Internal Functions involved in Customer Service Processes, such as Business (Marketing & Sales Force), Finance, QA, PV, Warehouse, TDS, Technical Service
Skills:
- Good MS Office applications knowledge - Ability to excel
- Multitasking capacity
- Collaborative team player
- Communication skills
- Target oriented
- Possibly knowledge of the English language
