In dieser Rolle haben Sie die Möglichkeit, die interne und externe Kommunikation zu stärken und eine engere Verbindung zu unseren Zielgruppen aufzubauen.

Aufgaben

Externe Kommunikation: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Social Media Strategien, Gestaltung von Kampagnen in Zusammenarbeit mit Global Marketing & Center of Excellence (CoE), Aufbau eines starken externen Markenbildes
Interne Kommunikation: Regelmäßige und zielgerichtete Information der Mitarbeiter über Neuigkeiten, Erfolge und Veränderungen im Unternehmen
Newsletter & Content: Planung, Erstellung und Verbreitung von Newslettern, um sowohl externe als auch interne Zielgruppen anzusprechen
Digitales Lernen: Ausbau und Positionierung unseres Schulungsportals
Markenpositionierung: Abhebung der Marke von Wettbewerbern und Erhöhung der Erreichbarkeit bzw. Interaktion mit der Zielgruppe

Anforderungen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Digital Marketing bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing Bereich
Kenntnisse in Digital MarketingTools und Plattformen
Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Kreativität und Eigeninitiative
Lösungsorientierter Teamplayer mit Freude an Projektarbeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
