Your Role

Performs hands on testing with equipment, process qualification and validation using various instrumentation and computerized equipment.  Interacts with Quality Engineers, Process Engineers and Project Engineers.

What you'll be doing

• Act independently with minimal direction to conduct approved projects. Possess the technical knowledge required to complete assigned responsibilities
• Performs hands on testing with equipment, process qualification and validation using various instrumentation and computerized equipment.
• Interacts with Quality Engineers, Process Engineers and Project Engineers.
• Performs some (up to all) of the following tasks: review and complete packages on validation of equipment, implement and author change plans, author protocols and study requests, ensure protocols are completed and reviewed, perform Failure Mode Effects Analysis(FMEA) on new and existing equipment, assist corporate with spec/print requirements, standardize validation of equipment and train individuals on protocol requirements.
• May be responsible for maintaining/updating protocol and tickler system, exception documents, Batch Trace.

What you'll bring

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associates Degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years protocol involvement experience required.
• Strong technical aptitude required.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks required.
• Good oral and written communication skills required.
• Experience in writing protocols and/or FMEA’s preferred
• Experience in various aspects of the “First Of Code” process preferred.
• Knowledge of MiniTab preferred
• Must be self-driven/results oriented with strong organizational skills.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $48,000.00 - $72,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commission, and/or long-term incentive.
