As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. Job Responsibilities

  • **Drive Sales and Follow-Up:** Successfully conduct sales strategies for our products, engaging with general practitioners and hospital medical personnel to ensure detailed follow-up and customer happiness.
  • **Promote Crucial Diagnostic Tools:** Communicate the necessity of SVS for early detection of amblyopia in children, OAE for early detection of hearing loss, and MT4 tympanometry to avoid missing otitis media to general pediatricians. Recommend their introduction to improve children’s quality of life.
  • **Provide Expert Information:** Deliver appropriate information and instructions on the use of diagnostic equipment such as fundoscopes, otoscopes, blood pressure monitors, and stethoscopes. Educate medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, and clinical engineers, on the use of blood pressure meter disposable cuffs in hospitals, thereby leading to increased sales.
  • Grasp the goals, strategies, and tactics of your division and area. Design and implement your own plans to attain daring performance goals.
  • **Team Collaboration:** Leverage the mentorship of superiors and chip in to efficient and effective team management. Cultivate a collaborative environment to ensure team success.

Requirements
