Job Summary:

We seeking an outstanding individual to lead product management for Hemostats and Adhesion Barriers. This role involves planning, managing, and supporting promotional events, as well as ensuring compliance with promotional codes and regulations.

This position also entails supply and quality control, new product development, and leading cross-functional projects to solve problems in cooperation with internal and external partners. This role is pivotal in growing and improving marketing skills through the continuous execution of marketing strategies. Finally, you will play a crucial part in building a culture of trust and respect among departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving sales budget, ensuring our products challenge effectively in the market.
  • Leading and handling promotional events to effectively complete marketing strategies.
  • Developing promotional materials and closely supervising expenses to increase budget efficiency.
  • Supporting all sales and marketing actions as a team, driving success through teamwork.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum five years of confirmed experience as a Product Manager in a Medical Device Company.
  • Experience with new product launches, especially with Class IV devices, is helpful.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Business-level English (TOEIC score 800+ equivalent preferred) to optimally communicate in our global environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical device/drug promotional practices and related regulations.
  • Remarkable logical reasoning and analysis skills to resolve most effective strategies.
  • Strong communication and social skills to develop and maintain good relationships both internally and externally.
  • Passion for continuous self-development, staying ahead in the ever-evolving healthcare industry.
