LE JOB

Il/elle réalise des tests microbiologiques (LAL/Bioburden/stérilité) sur les matières premières, les produits semi-finis et finis.
Il/elle intervient dans les salles et machines classifiées de production en vue de contrôler la qualité de l’environnement de production (air & surfaces) et afin de répondre aux exigences des clients. Il/elle communique à son supérieur hiérarchique tout risque de qualité, toute déviation et toute intervention technique à effectuer.
Il/elle réalise des tests microbiologiques d’identification, de qualification, de validation de milieux de culture
Il/elle initie des améliorations de processus via les outils adéquats.

LES TACHES GENERALES


• Compréhension complète des aspects généraux et détaillés du travail et de leurs applications pratiques aux problèmes et situations habituellement rencontrés
• Travaille en collaboration avec les collègues au sein de sa pause et des autres pauses
• Suit les procédures, les processus et les techniques pour répondre aux exigences du poste et atteindre les objectifs
• Fonctionne selon des procédures opérationnelles standard clairement définies
• En cas de problèmes complexes, le travailleur fait appel au technicien plus expérimenté
• Travaille sous supervision régulière pour les nouvelles tâches et supervision limitée pour les tâches de routine
• Participe à la résolution de problèmes techniques ou qualité qui se présentent

Aspect Sécurité :


• Respecte les procédures EHS et porte les équipements de protection (EPI) adéquats
• Signale immédiatement à sa ligne hiérarchie tout danger potentiel
• Consigne l’équipement lors des interventions en suivant les procédures
• Maintient son espace de travail en sécurité

Aspect Qualité :


• Respecte les règles de bonnes pratiques de fabrication (GMP) tel que l’hygiène, l’habillage, le comportement, … ainsi que la documentation (GDP)
• Maintient les processus sous contrôle afin d’éviter toute crise de qualité
• Respecte les procédures (SOP), les plans, Bill of Material (BOM), …
• Documente-les non conformités selon le process existant
• Maintient son niveau de formation continue

PROFIL RECHERCHE

Titulaire d'un Bachelier en Biochimie, biotechnologie, microbiologie

Vous avez une première expérience équivalente en microbiologie, environmental monitoring

Vous parlez couramment le français et avez des notions d'anglais

Vous maitrisez les techniques aseptiques, les techniques générales de microbiologie, les BPF et les BPL

Bonne utilisation de la suite Office
