Missions principales :

  • Analyser les besoins techniques et apporter des solutions à l’amélioration des performances industrielles, aux nouveaux produits, aux nouveaux besoins technologiques pour le business et aux nouvelles exigences réglementaires
  • Piloter et coordonner des projets industriels de la conception à la mise en œuvre, en respectant les délais, le budget et la qualité du projet.
  • Initiation des Change Control 
  • Rédaction du cahier des charges (URS, FS, DS), Documents relatifs aux projets
  • Assurer la validation (FAT, IQ & OQ), suivi des PQ et la mise à jour de la documentation et des plans.
  • Prendre en charge les commandes, le suivi, les travaux et la mise en service des équipements en respect du planning et du budget.
  • Assurer la formation du personnel impacté
  • Rédaction des demandes d’investissement Capex et Suivi du Budget
  • Assurer la gestion des plannings, des ressources humaines et matérielles nécessaires au bon déroulement des projets.
  • Superviser les phases de réalisation (montage, essais, mise en service) et garantir la conformité des livrables.
  • Gérer la relation avec les parties prenantes (clients, sous-traitants, fournisseurs).
  • Au sein du département Engineering :
    • Participer à la conception ou à la mise à niveau des installations et des équipements.
    • Participer aux revues de projet Engineering
    • Intégration de nouveaux équipements
    • Assurer la conformité aux exigences règlementaires, EHS et cGMP’s.
    • Assurer la communication des projets
    • Donner un support sur la gestion du portfolio (Base de données projets, Forecast des dépenses capex)
    • Être le référent de l’équipe engineering au niveau des documents projets, Change Control et la gestion du projet.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme d’Ingénieur (Bac+5) en génie industriel, électromécanique, génie des procédés, instrumentation, génie industriel ou équivalent.
  • Expérience significative (minimum 5 ans) dans l’ingénierie et la réalisation de projets industriels dans le secteur pharmaceutique, agroalimentaire, des sciences de la vie ou de la chimie.
  • Toute expérience dans un bureau d’étude serait un plus.  
  • Toute expérience significative dans la fabrication des dispositifs médicaux (ISO14385), dans les procédés de mélange, de distribution et de remplissage, dans la plasturgie (extrusion film, moulage par injection) ou dans le conditionnement serait un plus.
  • Bonnes connaissances en gestion de projet (Intégration, périmètres et échéancier) Toute certification serait un plus,
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (MS Project, etc.) et des logiciels CAO/DAO. (Autodesk est un requis).
  • Flexibilité, agilité, adaptation, esprit d’équipe, gestion des risques, capacité à résoudre des problèmes techniques et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Excellente Coordination d’équipes internes et externes (gestion de la communication et des parties prenantes, …)Anglais et français courants
