RESUME DE LA FONCTION

En tant qu’Assistant(e) du labo chimie, vous serez amené à avoir la charge de la gestion des commandes de réactifs et/ou standards, de notre laboratoire. Vous vous occuperez de la gestion du logiciel interne des formations et de notre logiciel de gestion des produits chimiques. Vous aurez aussi pour mission la gestion des indicateurs qualité et trends du laboratoire.

TACHES GENERALES

  • Gérer les commandes & services du laboratoire (routine, envois, export, CER, gestion du système des commandes)

  • Communiquer au laboratoire les retards éventuels de ces commandes et prendre contact avec ces fournisseurs pour proposer des solutions alternatives

  • Assurer la mise à jour du logiciel de gestion des réactifs (lors des commandes et réception de réactifs/standards)

  • Régulariser les factures via notre logiciel Pega et prendre contact avec les responsables commerciaux.

  • Assurer le suivi des demandes d’envoi Export pour soumission des affaires régulatoires ainsi que les documents relatifs à ces envois

  • Respecter et assurer le respect des règles de bonnes pratiques de documentation, ainsi que celles relatives à la sécurité et à l’environnement. Assurer le suivi de son plan de formation et vérifier que celui-ci est complet

  • Remonter à son superviseur hiérarchique, toute problématique liée à son travail (au niveau opérationnel et qualité)

  • Assurer la fourniture dans les délais impartis des rapports périodiques liés au laboratoires, tel que les KPI. Assurer l’entretien des fichiers associés

  • Etre la personne de contact pour l’entretien de notre logiciel de formations

  • Assurer mensuellement l’extraction des données des trends des matières premières et produits finis

  • Réaliser certaines tâches administratives pour assurer une aide vers la ligne hiérarchique du laboratoire

PROFIL RECHERCHE

  • Vous êtes issu d’une formation en gestion administrative, et/ ou avez une expérience dans une fonction similaire

  • Vous avez une appétence pour évoluer au sein d’un univers scientifique

  • Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances d’anglais

  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les logiciels IT, notamment la suite Office

  • Vous faites preuve de prise d’initiatives et êtes autonome dans la résolution de problèmes techniques
