Tu rol en Baxter:

Pensamos en una persona con Formación de Grado Superior en Automatización y Robótica Industrial, que aporte conocimientos en programación de PLCs y sistemas HMI, redes de comunicación industrial, localización y subsanación de averías en sistemas automáticos. Se incorporaría en un equipo de mantenimiento de más de 30 personas, en una planta totalmente automatizada, con más de 30 robots instalados y con el total de las líneas controladas por PLC conectados por redes industriales.

¿Cuáles son tus responsabilidades?

  • Realiza el mantenimiento preventivo de la maquinaria e instalaciones según órdenes de trabajo y prioridades asignadas.
  • Identifica el problema y en su caso lo repara.
  • Gestión de pequeños proyectos de mejora o actualización de líneas soportados por el equipo de mantenimiento.
  • Mantenimiento de software de PLC para celdas industriales.
  • Puesta en marcha de todos los elementos.
  • Realizar diagnóstico y acciones de programación de software.
  • Controla los parámetros indicativos del estado de cada máquina: velocidad, temperatura, tiempos, etc. y comprueba que están dentro de los márgenes de correcto funcionamiento establecidos.
  • Promueve cualquier reparación de los desperfectos por uso o avería u obsolescencia.
  • Verifica el correcto funcionamiento de las seguridades de la máquina.
  • Completa los partes de trabajo cuando realiza alguna intervención en Máximo.

Buscamos profesionales que tengan:

  • Conocimientos de sistemas SCADA (Rocwell Automation, WinCC)
  • Conocimientos eléctricos para el mantenimiento, diseño e instalación.
  • Conocimientos de programación de PLC y HMI: Siemens, Rocwell, Omron…
  • Programación de autómatas Siemens (Step-S7 y Tia-Portal).
  • Programación y regulación de variadores SINAMICS y SEW
  • Programación en comunicaciones PLC's con ordenadores (TCP-IP).
  • Conocimientos avanzados de Office y en CMMS preferentemente Máximo
  • Idioma a nivel básico de inglés
