Am Standort Gambro Dialysatoren GmbH sind wir innerhalb des Baxter-Konzerns auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung von innovativen Dialysatoren und Dialyse-Kathetern spezialisiert. Rund 1300 hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiter engagieren sich täglich die Lebensqualität von Patienten mit Nierenerkrankungen oder Nierenversagen zu verbessern.

Innerhalb unserer R&D Abteilung übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben.

Aufgaben            

  • Administrative Unterstützung der Forschungsleitung und der Forschungsmitarbeiter

  • Verwalten von Kalendern in Outlook

  • Reiseplanung, Reisebuchung und Spesenmangement in Concur

  • Abwicklung von Bestellungen

  • Besucherempfang und Betreuung

  • Organisation von Meetings

  • Kommunikation mit internationalen Forschungsstandorten

  • Verantwortung für Besprechungsräume

  • Posteingang / Postverteilung

  • Archivverantwortung

Anforderungen

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, Europasekretärin oder ähnlich

  • 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich

  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

  • Erfahrung mit der Nutzung Firmeninterner IT-Tools

  • Selbständiges Arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld

  • Höhe Flexibilität, Problemlösungsfähigkeit, Organisationsstärke

  • Seht gute und effektive kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit internen und externen Kunden

  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
