Overview

Summary:

BaxSol- Manage and develop Tender process activities to drive maximum efficiency, quality, service which in turn will lead to higher profitability for the organization.MA and Govt Affairs-Work in close collaboration with BU team, implement and execute the country specific Market Access & Government Affairs programs in alignment with the Business Units imperatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Effective Tender participation – Drive 100 % Technical accuracy.
  •  Developing plans for streamlining tender processes to ensure no tender is missed.
  • Work with internal stake holders in Finance and ensure timely submission & recovery of EMD, performance Bank Guarantees and AR.
  • Effective coordination with Regulatory affair and ensure monthly  updation on Tender documents Drive 100 % document fitness
  • Represent Baxter at important industry forums to help advance the organization's business interests. Establish, maintain, and strengthen a network of contacts with access stakeholders including payers, HTA bodies and procurement agencies.
  • Develop strong relationships and network with critical stakeholders in policy field to track healthcare policy, legislation, regulations, and reimbursement trends. This includes government bodies, interest groups, payers, and medical societies.
  • Provide timely updates on key policy and political developments in external environments (especially targeted state governments) and advise on how to address them.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in healthcare-related fields
  • Very good written and verbal English communications skills.
  • Experience working in a healthcare organization or within a matrixed structure.
  • A real team player with the ability to interact and collaborate well with people from all business teams and oversee projects from start to finish.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Any professional degree or certification in Public Policy from reputed institutions.
  • Prior experience of market access, health economics and reimbursement, government relation, government affairs or relevant fields
