What you’ll be doing:

  •   Effectively manage and process complaints and/or MDRs, including daily tasks associated with processing complaint files and MDRs across multiple product lines.

  •  Open complaint records and collect vital complaint information.

  • Perform follow-up with customers through written and verbal communication.

  • Determine reportability of complaints and create associate Regulatory reports (e.g., MDRs) per regulations.

  •   Evaluate complaints for the need to investigate and coordinate sample retrieval.

  • Respond to customer complaints through written and verbal communication.

  •  Ensure timely closure of complaints, following established procedures.

  •  Effectively manage workflow, identifying and addressing issues as vital.

  • Triage internal and external communication for complaints.

  •  Participate in continuous improvement efforts and projects as assigned.

  • Mentor and provide training and guidance to new team members, as needed.

  •  Oversee complaint handling and reporting activities performed by less senior employee

Key Requirements:

  •  Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent 3+yrs of experience.

  • Proven experience in managing and processing complaints and/or MDRs.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage workflow effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  •   Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  •  Proficiency in MS Office and complaint management systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
