Asegurar que el paciente con enfermedad renal reciba los servicios con excelencia clínica integral en el manejo de la terapia con oportunidad, consistencia, responsabilidad, compromiso y comunicación efectiva, siguiendo los procesos, procedimientos, protocolos, guías, normas definidas por lo empresa y la normatividad vigente.

Lo que realizarás en Baxter:

Cumplir con los procesos establecidos para el manejo de mantenimiento de las máquinas de hemodiálisis
Cumplir con todos los registros necesarios
Cumplir con las normas de bioseguridad
Apoyar con las labores asistenciales de enfermeria

Lo que aportarás a Baxter

Título de auxiliar de enfermería otorgado por el Senescyt y acess.
Con experiencia de 6 meses en el cargo.
Con conocimientos de office.
Orientacion al paciente
Conocimiento de la norma de salud
