Senior Manager, Procurement Excellence
Vantive: A New Company Built on Our Legacy
Since last year, Baxter has been on a journey to separate our Kidney Care segment into a standalone company. Vantive* will build on our nearly 70-year legacy in acute therapies and home and in-center dialysis to provide best-in-class care to the people we serve. We believe Vantive will not only build our leadership in the kidney care space, it will also offer meaningful work to those who join us.
At Vantive, you will become part of a community of people who are focused, courageous and don’t settle for the mediocre. Each of us are driven to help improve patients’ lives worldwide. Join us as we revolutionize kidney care and other vital organ support.
*Completion of the proposed sale of Vantive to funds managed by the Carlyle Group is subject to receipt of customary regulatory approvals and satisfaction of other closing conditions.

Performance Management: Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve procurement performance and impact of change initiatives and training programs. Manage the internal system used to capture savings projects.
Change Management: Drive change management efforts within the procurement function, ensuring smooth transitions during the journey to independent operations. Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement plans to ensure that all stakeholders are properly informed and engaged throughout the change management process.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Planning, Finance, Legal and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of procurement processes across the organization.
Procurement Academy: Source, coordinate, and drive the delivery of Procurement employee professional development training programs across the function. Collaborate with the internal and external partners to deliver targeted training programs that enable employees to adapt to new processes and technologies.
Communications: Develop clear and effective communication plans for Procurement branding both internal and external to articulate the benefits, objectives, and impacts of procurement changes to various stakeholders. Partnering with corporate communications and legal to ensure the Procurement function is compliant with corporate messaging, standards and legal review.
Budget: Manage the procurement subscriptions, communication and training budget, including creating and managing budgets, and ensuring that all expenses are properly authorized and accounted for.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, Six Sigma) are a plus.
7 years of experience in process improvement, communication, training, or change management, with a focus on procurement or a related field
