Overview

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

Gestionar eficientemente las relaciones de la empresa con sus clientes más importantes en el área geográfica asignada, estableciendo comunicaciones cercanas y sólidas, que permitan identificar y atender sus necesidades a través las soluciones de nuestra empresa, buscando generar relaciones gana-gana y de satisfacción mutua.

Lo que realizarás en Baxter

  • Desarrollar relaciones de confianza con una cartera (PSS y GSS) de importantes clientes para garantizar su fidelidad con la marca.
  • Adquirir una comprensión profunda de las necesidades y requisitos clave del cliente.
  • Realizar todas las actividades y esfuerzos necesarios bajo las políticas internas de cumplimiento para alcanzar las metas de ventas acordadas.
  • Ampliar las relaciones con los clientes existentes proponiendo continuamente soluciones que cumplan con nuestros objetivos de ventas.
  • Respaldar la entrega correcta de productos y servicios a los clientes de manera oportuna.
  • Servir como vínculo de comunicación entre los clientes clave y los equipos internos.
  • Resolver cualquier problema que enfrenten los clientes y atender quejas para mantener la confianza.
  • Jugar un papel integral en la generación de nuevas ventas que se convertirán en relaciones duraderas.
  • Preparar informes periódicos de progreso y pronósticos para las partes interesadas internas utilizando métricas de cuentas clave y manteniendo actualizado al SFDC.
  • Impulsar resultados.  

Lo que aportarás

  • Formación profesional en carreras administrativas, ingenieróas o formaciones en el área de la salud
  • Experiencia en venta de equipos capital
  • Manejo de CRM (Deseable salesforce)
