Job Description

As a Lead system Integrator, you will support and provide business and technical leadership for one or more projects

within the hardware subsystems for our new and existing infusion system product portfolio. The successful candidate will possess strong technical, program management capabilities, excitement and energy for product development, and a passion for their work and the impact it has on saving and sustaining the lives of patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Global Product Engineering teams in identifying projects, over-see the optimization or creation of technical product offerings, processes, or programs, developing project plans, aligning teams, managing risk, and driving projects through release.
  • Provide leadership for project team members by setting goals and expectations, assigning tasks, providing feedback.
  • Take ownership and accountability for the success of projects and cross-functional teams to ensure program schedules, performance metrics, and delivery meets project requirements on time and within budget.
  • Work with leaders for optimum needs for staffing, lab equipment, facilities and materials.
  • Track progress of projects against the plan and communicate to team & leadership.
  • Communicate with internal/external customers regarding status updates, issues and solutions.
  • Lead regular Scrum or project meetings with team & stakeholders to review the progress.
  • Develop detailed plans and schedules for assigned projects.
  • Work with project team to navigate multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Facilitate conversations with stakeholder & Program core team to get clear decision-making and communication across key stakeholders

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering preferred with 10+ years of experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management in managing complex engineering projects. Knowledge and experience in Product Development Life Cycle Management process.
  • Experience in executing hardware programs in Agile methodologies.
  • Licenses/Certifications: PMP and SAFe, Agile CSM (desired).
  • Certified Six Sigma Green belt is added advantage.
  • Proficiency in AGILE project methodology and practice.
  • Expert in Microsoft project planning.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional global teams in the medical device industry.
  • Knowledge of medical device regulatory requirements.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences at all levels in the Company.
  • Demonstrated self-starter who can quickly and efficiently manage continuous change; willing to challenge the norm when needed and drive to decisions
  • Understanding and experience in good manufacturing procedures, good laboratory and product development process requirements.
  • Ability to work within a global team to understand project requests and translate requirements to the final project deliverables.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining project deliverables (such as project timelines, meeting minutes, status reports)
