Your role at Baxter:
As a Process Engineer, your contribution will be fundamental in promoting compliance with quality requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Promote and participate in ICare's initiatives: if you see something, do something. Respond to and resolve in a timely manner the problems that may affect the quality, safety or effectivenessoftheproduct or the regulatory consistency of the process. Continuously seek regulatory excellence in its process This position requires a basic-medium level of technical knowledge and experience in maintenance work, with a high vocation for customer service

What you'll be doing:
Plan, coordinate and execute; engineering studies, validations, FOC's, resolution of manufacturing quality problems in existing production processes, support in theexecutionof project implementation plans, etc.
For theexecutionof their work, daily communication is required with Corporate Tech Center, Corporate Projects Managers and Research and Development, guaranteeing the correct flow and local implementation oftheprojects
During project planning, it performs impact evaluation of process changes, involving: personnel, machinery, materials, and ensuring the efficiency and quality oftheproduct.
Bepartofthecompany's Tiers and information shelling structure, providing support in the improvement of processes.
Responsible for the schedule oftheprojects in charge, guaranteeing the implementation on time.
Actively participateinthecompany's PRB (Project Review Board) meeting and provide information
Related to its projects, communicating financial impacts and status on the implementation date according to plan.
7. Carry out financial analyses and qualitative benefits associated with the projects proposed or in execution.
8. Manage the Warehouse and Laboratory of ProductsandProcessesaccordingtothe requirements of the program6 ́S and safety.
9. Due to the nature of the functions, interaction with other areas of the company, such as
Supply Chain, Finance, Maintenance, Sterilization, Production, among others, is required to efficiently attend to issues related to productsandprocesses.
10. Apply problemsolvingaccordingtothe DMAIC methodology.

What You'll Bring !
  • Industrial, Chemical or Mechanical Engineer or related career.
  • 0-2 years ofexperience in similar positions
  • Bilingual (English, Spanish)
