Lo que realizarás en Baxter:

  • Responsable de la ejecución de análisis microbiológicos relacionados con el control ambiental de la planta y de sistemas críticos: microorganismos no viables en el aire, microorganismos en superficies, microorganismos en aire comprimido, microorganismos y monitoreo de partículas en agua.
  • Realización de actividades relacionadas con la validación microbiológica de nuevas áreas de producción y recalificación de las mismas áreas.
  • Responsable de la ejecución del análisis de pirógenos realizados al producto final y validación de nuevos códigos.
  • Responsable de la ejecución del análisis de biocarga y Material Particulado realizado al producto final.
  • Responsable de la ejecución de Prueba de crecimiento, tinción de Gram & material particulado.
  • Realizar el monitoreo y control de los equipos de laboratorio que requieran (flujo laminar, cámara, incubadoras, entre otros).
  • Responsable de conocer y ejecutar el procedimiento de envío de las muestras a Auditoría de Dosis, Ajuste de Dosis.
  • Realizar el análisis fisicoquímico de la planta de agua.
  • Preparación de las soluciones necesarias para sus actividades.
  • Realizar análisis químicos de materias primas como parte de la inspección y aprobación.
  • Realizar el monitoreo requerido a los sistemas críticos: filtros de prueba de integridad, punto de rocío, aceite Johnson.
  • Realizar calibración y/o verificación de calibración aquellos cuyo equipo de laboratorio de calibración sea responsabilidad del laboratorio.

Lo que aportarás

  • Graduado o estudiante de termino en Farmacia/Química/Microbiología o áreas afines
  • Comprensión del inglés escrito.
  • Conocimiento de GMP y GLPs.
  • Gestión de paquetes de oficina.
  • Habilidades manuales y analíticas para la gestión de equipos de laboratorio.
