Decision Support Manager EMEA

Role Overview:
As the EMEA Decision Support Manager, you will provide analytical support and financial insights to enhance strategic decision-making within the Kidney Care business. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver accurate financial information and recommendations to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for new product development, lifecycle management, and expense optimization initiatives.
- Conduct exploratory and predictive analytics, including profitability analysis, to inform strategic decisions across EMEA clusters.
- Collaborate with various departments to assess financial impacts, operational needs, and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Analyze financial and market data to identify trends, patterns, risks, opportunities, and anomalies.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and insights for senior management to aid in decision-making.
- Support FP&A and business teams with inputs for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning cycles.
- Engage in compliance-related activities and contribute to internal and external audits as needed.
- Drive improvements, best practices, and harmonization within the EMEA Commercial Finance Team.
- Lead and participate in additional projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Qualified Accountant (Chartered or Management) with audit experience preferred.
- 6-10 years of experience in financial roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial modeling and advanced MS Office.
