Objetivo principal del puesto:

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de requisitos locales de aseguramiento de calidad, así como los requisitos de regulación sanitaria para almacenes y requisitos de políticas corporativas y estándares de certificación. Así cómo mantener actualizado el sistema de calidad en los procesos de almacén y distribución de producto terminado.

Actividades:

  • Fomentar una cultura de cumplimiento de normas y prácticas de negocio éticas en la organización.
  • Impulsar la implementación del programa de ética y cumplimiento y prevenir, detectar y corregir las violaciones de la ley, las políticas de Baxter y código de conducta.
  • Implementar el código de conducta de Baxter, políticas y procedimientos, incluyendo, pero no limitado a la política Global de interacciones y política de terceros y apoyar a los procesos, asegurando la inducción y capacitación de empleados.
  • Identificar riesgos de cumplimiento y legales de Baxter en el país/cluster. 
  • Conocer la regulación sanitaria, políticas corporativas y procedimientos internos. Actualizar los procesos actuales y emitir recomendaciones para cumplir la normatividad vigente, modificar los procedimientos de operación estándar de acuerdo a las mejoras de cumplimiento.
  • Dar seguimiento a las quejas, protocolos, no conformidades, hallazgos de auditorías y controles de cambio.

Responsabilidades:

  • Coordinar la capacitación y calificación del personal y distribución, contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos de almacén y distribución.
  • Vigilar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la Regulación Sanitaria Local (COFEPRIS), de países a donde se exporta el producto, estándares internacionales ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 y requisitos corporativos.

  • 2 o 3 años en el área de logística y distribución en posiciones similares.

Conocimientos:

  • Almacenamiento de procesos de inventario, conocimiento de las regulaciones sanitarias y proceso de protocolos.
  • Conocimiento básico de paquetería
