Overview

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

Tu rol en Baxter:

Alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y agotamientos de contratos del territorio y clientes asignados, por cada línea de producto, efectuando las gestiones y/o negociaciones que se requieran.

Lo que realizarás en Baxter:

  • Ejecutar actividades de generación de demanda con materiales promocionales aprobados, dirigidos a los clientes clave según la estrategia de cada unidad de negocio
  • Mantiene informada a la gerencia de territorio y marketing, mediante reportes de actividades y resultados, a través de la utilización de la plataforma Salesforce.
  • Participar en conferencias y entrenamientos internos y/o externos para el relacionamiento y expansión de oportunidades de educación
  • Analizar en conjunto con el KAE los niveles de inventario en las cuentas asignadas para el desarrollo de planes
  • Colaborar en conjunto con medical affairs para el desarrollo de expertos y líderes de opinión en las terapias de interés
  • Construir el compromiso de venta (semanal, mensual, trimestral, anual) e identificar funnel de oportunidades en conjunto con el KAE
  • Participar activamente en los procesos de licitación relacionados en los aspectos técnicos y clínicos: estudios de mercado licitatorio, bases de licitación, juntas de aclaración

Lo que aportarás a Baxter:

  • Escolaridad: Ing. Biomédico / Licenciatura en áreas de la salud o afines
  • Experiencia de 2-3 años en ventas en la industria hospitalaria con pacientes que requieren cuidados críticos.
  • Manejo de contratos con sector hospitalario.
  • Amplia disponibilidad para viajar y de horario
  • Experiencia con ventas en hemodiálisis
