Overview
As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

As a Commercial Digital Lead you will redefine a new way of driving collaboration with customers and external partners. The industry in general and the future Vantive in particular have started on a journey. Are you as thrilled as us to improve patient treatment even more? You will lead and drive our projects related to digitalization and service creation and create access to new customers and different counterparts in the hospital field.
The future Vantive offer multiple ways of treating differently ill persons and have a wide range of products and system at the hospital bed, now working to connect the platforms with hospital EMR system and build data analyses to improve the patient care.
What you'll be doing
- Set up and implement projects on existing regions and hospitals and interact with many stakeholders.
- The role lies in the sales organization and is a 50% field role approximately.
- Define projects and lead the implementation with multiple stakeholders at the customer side such as ICU/OR/ER/dialysis department, connectivity and IT team as well as purchasing organizations.
- Launch data driven solutions and service offering to customers.
- You will work with available opportunities within existing accounts to differentiate the product offerings as well as benchmark with competitor offering.
- Drive the commercialization of digital tools for Acute and Chronic in a value-based solution mindset.
- Access new customers and different counterparts in the hospital field. Set up and implement projects on existing regions and hospitals but interact with many stakeholders.
- Influence decision makes on C-level and work with Baxter’s account managers to open doors for new business opportunities cross the Nordics.
- It is inspirational to expand on existing portfolio and use the insights to improve treatment performance even more.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial experience on a similar role.
- A good understanding of chronic dialysis, Intensive care or equivalent
- Drive for sales with an excellent understanding of strategic account development with strong business acumen, preferable within the Healthcare sector
- Being a challenger and use questions to drive insights on the health care system and the relevant stakeholders involved in the selling and tender processes.
- Selling, educating, and informing is natural to you and you find it natural to develop long-term relationships.
- Commercial mindset combined with a solid digital understanding/experience from the healthcare system
- One Scandinavian language - Danish, Swedish or Norwegian as well as strong English language.
