Prestar atendimento técnico, seguindo os procedimentos preestabelecidos, de forma a buscar a excelência no atendimento ao cliente.

O que você vai fazer

Manter os equipamentos em perfeitas condições de funcionamento, através do atendimento interno e da execução de serviços de manutenção preventiva e corretiva.
Contribuir para minimizar os atendimentos técnicos, bem como para promover maior aceitação dos produtos comercializados/instalados, mediante a correta orientação aos clientes, remota ou pessoalmente.
Manter a atualização e organização dos documentos e procedimentos técnicos pertinentes, por meio do preenchimento de formulários manuais e informatizados, em conformidade com as boas práticas de documentação.
Contribuir com o controle dos indicadores da área, através da coleta de dados e preparação de relatórios pertinentes.
Zelar pelos equipamentos, recursos e materiais, sob sua responsabilidade, e pelo ambiente de trabalho.

O que buscamos em você

Ensino Técnico completo em Eletrônica, Eletrotécnica, Mecatrônica ou compatível (mandatório)

Registro no CFT ativo no momento da seleção (mandatório)

Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial próximo ao Metro Jabaquara (mandatório)

Experiência com manuseio de instrumentos de medição e ferramentas manuais de montagem e desmontagem de equipamentos é desejável
