PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

Supervisionar os indicadores do laboratório através da coleta de dados e avaliação dos gráficos e tendências, realizando o acompanhamento dos resultados;
Assegurar a qualificação e manutenção do seu departamento, instalações e equipamentos, apoiando o gerenciamento das análises de matéria prima, bem como as amostragens dos materiais, planejando as atividades e orientando tecnicamente a equipe;
Responsável pelo Programa de Qualificação de analistas;
Apoiar e treinar, de forma inicial e continua, os técnicos e analistas nas atividades desde revisão de laudos analíticos com disposição para análises, realização de análises físico-químicas finais para liberação de matérias primas e amostragem de materiais;
Garantir que todos os testes necessários sejam realizados e os registros associados avaliados;
Contribuir com a melhoria contínua da qualidade das atividades do laboratório;
Cumprir com os requisitos de integridade de dados.

REQUISITOS:

Superior completo em Farmácia, Química, Engenharia Química.
Inglês Avançado (Leitura e Escrita)
Espanhol Avançado (Leitura e Escrita), desejável
Informática Avançada - Pacote Office;
Experiência em gestão de pessoas e cargos de lideranças comprovados, bem como vivência vasta na prática de bancada através de técnicas diversas para análises de produtos e matérias-primas e etc.

Local de trabalho: São Paulo/Zona Sul - Interlagos

Horário de trabalho - 8h ás 17h - Segunda a Sexta
