Overview

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

As part of the Sales Team, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. Your keen understanding of our deep portfolio of products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. Our customers trust you and appreciate your knowledge and curiosity when finding solutions to meet their needs. You enjoy being on location, building relationships, and establishing trust with the doctors and nurses who use Baxter solutions every day.

As our primary connection to the healthcare professionals who rely on our products, you are the face and voice of our solutions. The insights and feedback you share with your team and to cross-functional partners help validate and advise priorities and changes.

What you'll be doing

  • Define and/or implement commercial strategies to ensure the fulfillment of established sales targets, through alignment with the strategic marketing plan, sizing the team nationwide, supporting its operational needs and supervising results.

  • Establish, prospect and strengthen relationships with key customers and Key Decision Makers with a focus on priorities, concentrating efforts on target customers to improve penetration and profitability

  • Supervise the action of the competition and market trends, signaling opportunities / risks and speeding up actions with the marketing department

  • Constantly reevaluate sales channels to maintain the achievement of goals and, if vital, make adjustments to the commercial strategy plan aligned with Marketing.

  • Ensure the maintenance of a positive image of the Company in the market, in accordance with its scope of operation, as well as the longevity of the brand, in order to guarantee the established strategic objectives and continuously improve customer happiness levels.

What you'll bring

  • Confirmed experience in sales area

  • Validated knowledge in hospital market selling products such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, nutrition, or related.

  • Sophisticated English

  • Higher education in healthcare courses and postgraduation will be considered a plus
