Senior Projektmanager Einkauf – Neue Projekte (m/w/d). Schwerpunkt Neuprojekte, Industrialisierung & Serienanlauf | Standortübergreifende Konzernprojekte

Über die Position

In der Rolle des Senior Projektmanagers im Einkauf übernehmen Sie die einkaufsseitige Gesamtverantwortung für neue, standortübergreifende Projekte im Konzern – von der frühen Entwicklungsphase bis zum erfolgreichen Serienanlauf. Auf Basis Ihrer mindestens 10‑jährigen Berufserfahrung im Einkauf und Projektumfeld steuern Sie komplexe Beschaffungsumfänge kosten-, termin- und qualitätsgerecht.

Ein zentraler Erfolgsfaktor dieser Rolle ist ausgeprägtes Teamwork in internationalen, interdisziplinären Projektteams sowie eine professionelle, souveräne Kommunikation mit internationalen Geschäftspartnern und dem Management. Die Position erfordert eine regelmäßige Anwesenheit von mindestens drei Tagen pro Woche am Standort Saalfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben

Leitung einkaufsseitiger, standortübergreifender Neuprojekte im Konzern (NPI)
Koordination von Beschaffungsumfängen über mehrere Standorte und Business Units hinweg
Steuerung aller einkaufsrelevanten Projektmeilensteine (RFQ, Vergabe, SOP)
Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit für Prototypen, Vorserien und Serienanlauf
Durchführung von Kostenanalysen, Target Costing und Business Cases
Führung projektbezogener Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
Steuerung projektbezogener Lieferanten sowie Risiko- und Eskalationsmanagement
Zentrale Kommunikationsschnittstelle zu Projektteams, Lieferanten und Management

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbar
Mindestens 10 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder Projekteinkauf
Erfahrung in der Leitung standortübergreifender Projekte im Konzernumfeld
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Beschaffung mechanischer und/oder elektronischer Komponenten
Sehr gute Projektmanagement-, Analyse- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsstärke in internationalen Organisationen
Bereitschaft zur Präsenz am Standort Saalfeld (mind. 3 Tage pro Woche)
