What you'll be doing:

• Drive operational excellence by ensuring detailed WH&D operations through process control.

• Lead and control logistics operators' performance in line with company guidelines, qualify supplier contracts and provide support to the purchasing department.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean tools to simplify the processes, develop and own the annual budget for the country's supply chain.

• Optimize supply chain expenses through continuous improvement projects.

• Strategize resource optimization for supply management and operational efficiency.

• Carry out company rules, standards, and internal regulations related to work, safety, and processes.

What you'll need:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• 5 years of experience as a national supervisor of pharmaceutical warehouses, national Inventory supervisor, or logistics supervisor.

• Green belt certification is a plus.

• Adavance Level of English.
