Main Responsibilities
- Develop marketing plans and craft exceptionally effective marketing programs to drive both short-term and long-term business growth. Establish clear customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning for all key products to ensure flawless execution.
- Analyze market competition, trends, and customer data to conduct market feasibility evaluations that enhance business opportunities and increase brand awareness.
- Complete a full range of product marketing activities, including seminars, exhibitions, advertising, database marketing, joint-promotional programs, and marketing collaterals, to effectively increase demand generation and brand awareness.
- Develop new product launch plans and implement them consistently in collaboration with the sales team and various functional teams, focusing on the field or subject area.
- Prepare materials for product brochures, sales presentations, sales data analysis, and forecasting with proven accuracy.
- Maintain intimate product knowledge and speak with confident authority about them.
- Build a strong network and rapport with key opinion leaders within relevant therapeutic areas.
- Support the sales team by using sales aids and medical publications, collaborating with them during calls, gathering customer/market insights, and building relationships with KOLs.
- Coordinate and follow up on inquiries and requests from the sales organization promptly.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure the flawless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional marketing to successfully implement regional marketing activities.
- Experience in digital marketing will be beneficial.
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience (less experienced candidates will be considered as APM) in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Prior experience in both sales and marketing is strongly preferred.
- Solid experience and knowledge in the surgical field, O&G, or medical devices is a plus. Must be a quick learner and willing to go beyond current knowledge.
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills, creative thinking, and strong business sense.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese.
- Ability to work independently.
- A proven track record of being a great teammate.
