Pricing Specialist (m/w/d)

in Unterschleißheim bei München (hybride Option).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Business Partner für die zugewiesene Business Unit, sowie Betreuung der zugewiesenen Einkaufsgemeinschaften und Key Accounts
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs im Angebots- und Vertragsmanagement, sowie bei Ausschreibungen
  • Pflege von Listenpreisen (inkl. Lauertaxe), Verträgen und Bonuskonditionen in den vorgesehenen Systemen
  • Ermittlung der Bonuszahlungen und Einholung von Genehmigungen gem. der geltenden Genehmigungsmatrix 
  • Bearbeitung von Kundencases, Preisanfragen und Rechnungsreklamationen in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Customer Service 
  • Identifizierung von Abweichungen vom Soll-Zustand und Sicherstellung einer konsistenten Datenqualität in den Systemen
  • Aufbereitung von kommerziellen internen und externen Daten sowie Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Analysen zu Umsätzen, Preisen und Verkaufsmengen
  • Unterstützung bei der strategischen Kunden- und Produktpreisfindung, inkl. internen Zielen und Limitpreisen, Umsatz- und Margenopportunities
  • Sicherstellung, dass Arbeitsabläufe innerhalb der SOX-Regularien, SOP-Richtlinien und Genehmigungsprozesse erfolgen
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit kaufmännischem/ betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Min. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Pricing / Preisgestaltung, wünschenswert im Bereich Pharma und/oder Medizintechnik
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, u. a. für die Aufbereitung großer Datenmengen
  • Teamplayer:in, Kommunikations- und Organisationstalent
  • Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
