Your role at Baxter

As Pricing Coordinator (f/m/d) you will be the Business Partner for the Kidney Care Germany unit and be responsible for ensuring that current prices and conditions are updated in internal systems. You will also support Sales and Customer Service to solve price disputes.

This role is based in Unterschleißheim near Munich (hybrid option)

What you'll be doing

  • Processing customer cases, price inquiries and invoice complaints in cooperation with Sales and Customer Service

  • Sales support sales in offer and contract management

  • Obtaining approvals for bonus payments in accordance with the applicable approval matrix and posting the payments in the system

  • Maintenance of prices, contracts and bonus conditions in the designated systems - Kidney Care is currently using JDEdwards and a pricing module based on SalesForce

  • Identifying deviations from the target status and ensuring consistent data quality in the systems

  • Support Kidney Care in calculating and managing differentcontractual components such as bonus payments and conditions or bonus provisions

  • Archiving of e.g. contracts, offers, tender documents and bonus evaluations as well as approvals

  • Ensure that workflows are carried out within SOX regulations, SOP guidelines and approval processes

What you'll bring

  • Completed studies with a commercial/business management focus or vocational training with relevant work experience

  • At least 1 year of professional experience with ensuring consistent data quality in a system -Preferably in a system that manages list and contract prices

  • Experience from the pharmaceutical and/or medical technology sector is preferred

  • Good knowledge in Excel

  • Very good analytical skills, e.g. for the preparation of large amounts of data

  • Interdisciplinary as well as service and solution-oriented thinking and acting

  • Good communication skills, also cross-functional and across all hierarchical level

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, good handling of ambiguity

  • Very good command of English and German, written & spoken
