職務内容サマリ：

医療機器の修理/点検などのメンテナンス業務、またヴァンティブの製品をより安全に有効的に使用いただくためサービス品質改善・向上を目指しチームメンバーと連携し合いながら分析/調査を行っていただきます。

また、海外部署との連携や英語話者の上司とのミーティング等が恒常的に発生するため、ビジネスレベルの英語が必要となります。

その他、コスト管理や人材育成などの人事・労務サポートも行っていただきます。

宮崎と千葉（舞浜）に拠点がございますので、いずれかでご勤務が可能。修理/点検に伴う出張が発生いたします。

職務内容詳細：

医療機器の修理、点検、据え付け等

部品在庫の管理及び適正化

サービス品質及び効率の改善

サービス記録をレビューし、記録の完全性について維持または改善する

修理トレーニングの実施と人材育成

社内外、海外部署とのコミュニケーション、会議参加やプレゼンテーションの実施（英語必須）

会社、部門の決定事項を積極的に実行し、自グループへの展開をサポート

苦情内容の分析、調査

QMSに関する業務

新製品導入に関してサービスの準備

コスト管理及び改善のサポート

人事・労務管理のサポート

予算管理をサポート

複数のグループに関わる案件についても必要に応じてサポート

保守契約の管理と維持

必要に応じ、エンジニアの予定の調整

その他、フィールドサービスの関連する事務作業の処理

求められるスキル：

・PC, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Accessの基本操作
・高卒以上の電気又は機械系の専攻
・英会話スキル必須。外国人とのコミュニケーション、英語での会議、プレゼン、トレーニング等の経験者
・医療機器の修理業又は製造業の管理業務について、1年以上の経験必須

・電子、電気、機械の修理経験があると望ましい
・PDCAサイクルと同等の実務経験があると望ましい
