【Responsibilities】

• 主にユーテリティー設備を担当(AHU/チラー及び関連設備、クリーンルーム関連設備、高圧受電設備)
• 経費を効果的に予算内で運用、設備投資計画に基づき、次年度予算案の作成
• 施設エンジニアリンググループの年度方針・計画に従い、保全活動を実行する。
• 工場の生産計画（設備投資計画等）に基づき、設備を導入及び改善をする。
• 施設および設備の定期点検を実施し、必要に応じメンテナンスを行い、工場の設備の安定性を確保する。
• 施設保全の労働安全を確保する。
• 施設保全の人材育成を目的としたOJT及び技術指導をする。
• ISO50001従い、EnMS活動を行い、エネルギー削減および設備改善をする。
• 外部関係者（サプライヤー、関係業者等）と良好な関係を構築する。
• 内部関係先（各事業部、工場各部門等）と良好な関係を維持・強化する。
• グループ員の勤怠管理を行う。
• グループ員に必要なスキル・力量を身に付けさせるための教育計画の策定、実行する。
• Mainly in charge of utility facilities (AHU/chiller and related facilities, clean room related facilities, high voltage power receiving facilities)
• Effectively manage expenses within budget and prepare budget plan for the next fiscal year based on the capital investment plan.
• Execute maintenance activities in accordance with the Facility Engineering Group's annual policies and plans.
• Install and improve facilities and equipment based on the plant's production plan (capital investment plan, etc.).
• Conduct periodic inspections of facilities and equipment, and perform maintenance as needed to ensure the stability of factory equipment.
• Ensure occupational safety in facility engineering.
• Provide on-the-job training and technical guidance for the development of facility engineering personnel.
• Conduct EnMS activities in accordance with ISO 50001 to reduce energy consumption and improve facilities.
• Build good relationships with external parties (suppliers, contractors, etc.).
• Maintain and strengthen good relationships with internal parties (each division, each department of the plant, etc.)
• Maintain attendance of group members.
• Develop and implement training plans to equip group members with the necessary skills and competencies.

【Qualifications / Education / Experiences】

• ボイラー取扱い技能講習修了
• エネルギー管理士（尚可）
• 第三種電気主任技術者（尚可）
• 酸素欠乏・硫化水素危険作業主任技術者技能講習修了
• 特定化学物質及び四アルキル鉛等作業主任者
• 英語スキル（GLOBAL対応）
• 実験計画法手法での問題解決
• 医薬品・医療機器の製造および製剤に関する知識: (GMP教育、製品教育)
• 工場設備・生産性を考慮したメンテナンスに関する知識経験: 電気、計装設備、機械設備の保守
• 点検実施経験を有するもの
• 社内外の関係者と円滑な関係を築くコミュニケーションスキル
• Completed training in boiler handling skills
• Energy Manager (preferred)
• Electrical qualification 3rd class(preferred)
• Completed a technical training course for a chief engineer in charge of oxygen depletion and hydrogen sulfide hazardous work
• Chief engineer for specified chemical substances and tetraalkyl lead, etc.
• English language skills (document support)
• Problem solving using design of experiment methods
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP & Product Knowledge)
• Knowledge and experience in plant equipment and productivity maintenance: electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical equipment maintenance
• Experience in conducting inspections
• Communication skills to build smooth relationships with internal and external parties
