Based on corporate strategies, gather and analyze the data, create business plan, organize specific processes as project management office. The scope is broad. Responsible for Japan company-wide projects such as corporate integration as well as strategic projects related to business developments to expand product portfolio, etc. Responsibilities will include tracking and promoting the action of each function.

Responsibilities:

• IMO: Integration Management Office: Hillrom/Welch Allyn integration
  - Listing up specific tasks related to corporate integration and tracking the progress.
  - Schedule management to complete within due date through aligning with global team.
  - JDE implementation for Hillrom/Welch Allyn business.
  - Consolidation of commercial contract in Baxter and Hillrom/Welch Allyn.
• BD: Business Development
  - Searching opportunities to expand Baxter Japan portfolio.
  - Alignment for global new product strategies and implementation.
  - Counter person who communicate with global stakeholders.
  - Creating execution plan with all relative functions.
• Leading cross-functional projects regardless of business segments.
  - Project planning for topline sales, cost reduction, workload efficiencies.
  - Assessment of project effectiveness.
  - Based on prioritization, creating reasonable timeline.
  - Task management and progress tracking.
  - Gather and analyze the data to create specific business plan.
  - Support digital strategy implementation.

Qualifications / Experiences / Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or consulting industry.
• Proven ability to excel in a consultative approach.
• Strong analytical, executive, and communication skills.
• Established history of effectively organizing and implementing commercial initiatives.
• Native-level Japanese (N1) proficiency and knowledge of Japanese business practices.
• Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with global teams.
