Chargé de projet informatique industrielle

PRINCIPALES MISSIONS :

Au sein du service engineering d'un site de Production de dispositifs médicaux, vous travaillerez au cœur du bureau d'étude industriel dans une équipe pluridisciplinaire (mécanique, automatisme, robotique et informatique industrielle).

Notre site est équipé de systèmes informatiques pour superviser les équipements de production et utilités, pour assurer la traçabilité des produits, et piloter des équipements (contrôle vision, systèmes de mesure ...). Nos exigences de performances industrielles dans le domaine du dispositif médical nous poussent à faire sans cesse évoluer nos systèmes vers la performance et la compliance aux exigences réglementaires (Data integrity).

Dans ce contexte dynamique et exigeant, vous gérez des projets dans le domaine de l'informatique industrielle, vous créez ou modifiez des programmes et/ou intervenez sur des bases de données, vous participez à la maintenance de notre parc informatique industrielle sur notre site de production de dispositif médical de Meyzieu. Vous serez notamment en charge des missions suivantes :

  • Gérer des projets de création ou modification de systèmes informatisés (principalement des systèmes SCADA et/ou de traçabilité) :
    • Assurer le bon déroulement des étapes projets :
      • Rédige le besoin utilisateurs (URS)
      • Rédige les cahiers des charges techniques
      • Gère la phase de consultation des fournisseurs
      • Gère la sous-traitance
      • Suit de l'exécution jusqu'au démarrage en production
      • Réalise le suivi du planning et du budget
    • Définir les architectures en collaboration avec les sous-traitants et notre service IT réseau qui les met en place (VLAN, VM, Firewall, ...).
    • Réaliser / suivre les tests de mise en service des systèmes : Maquettes, Test I/O avec automates machines spéciales ou autres systèmes            
    • Réaliser / suivre les tests de qualification des systèmes selon les exigences en vigueur de la production de dispositifs médicaux (Data Integrity & QI/QO/QP)
  • Développer ou modifier des programmes / du code :
    • sur le logiciel AVEVASystem Plateform / Intouch
    • de bases de données SQL / programmation en Transact SQL
  • Participer à la maintenance des systèmes informatiques industriels du site (PC, panel PC, base de données, machines virtuelles, ...)

En complément de ces tâches de fond, vous contribuerez aux différentes missions de la vie du service auquel vous serez étroitement associé(e). Vous travaillerez au quotidien en étroite collaboration avec les 2 experts en informatiques industrielles du bureau d'étude.

PROFIL RECHERCHE :

Ingénieur débutant ou avec quelques années d'expérience, technicien expérimenté. Les principales qualités pour le poste :

  • Expertise technique dans le domaine de l’informatique industrielle :
    • Logiciel SCADA: AVEVA System Plateform / Intouch
    • Base de données SQL / programmation en Transact SQL

  • Connaissance de base en automatisme
  • Connaissance des exigences Data Integrity lié au secteur médical
