RESUME DE LA FONCTION

Le technicien QC Lab réalise les analyses afin d’atteindre les objectifs de Qualité, Quantité, Coût en toute sécurité. Il/elle est acteur du 6S et initie des améliorations de processus. Il se familiarise avec le planning de production et découvre les différents produits fabriqués.

TACHES GENERALES

  • Réaliser les tests planifiés suivant les procédures en vigueur en respectant les délais d’analyse, et documenter/encoder les résultats finaux dans les délais impartis

  • Corriger des worksheets des tests réalisés dans les délais impartis

  • Revoir des résultats dans Bax Lims /ELN

  • Assurer le suivi des activités quotidiennes pour le maintien d’une bonne organisation, pour éviter les urgences et respecter les délais (assurer les activités d’analyses, les demandes vers l’extérieur, l’encodage dans le BAXLIMS/ELAN/RM Suivi, archivage, maintien du 6S, communiquer à la personne responsable de la commande et assurer le suivi des réactifs et des standards…)

  • Assurer l’archivage administratif régulier des WS afin de permettre leur traçabilité

  • Implémenter les actions d’amélioration qualité (points d’audit, TW, etc…), de process ainsi que du 6S

  • S’assurer de la prise des actions nécessaires pour résoudre un problème technique (contacter la personne responsable) et garder les techniciens, team leaders et superviseurs informés

  • En cas de résultat hors limite ou hors tendance, informer le team leader et/ou le superviseur, aider à initier l’investigation en appliquant les procédures en vigueur

  •  Remonter au team leader et /ou superviseur, au minimum lors des Tier 1, tout incident (résultat atypique, résultat hors limite, résultat invalide, problème d’équipement ou de manipulation, absence de document, absence d’information, autre) provoquant un retard par rapport à la planification. Assurer la communication de tout incident relatif à la sécurité ou à la qualité

  • Vérifier (faire double check) les valeurs générées par ses collègues càd correction des rapports

  • Participer aux tâches quotidiennes communes du laboratoire inhérentes à l’activité de technicien (respect du 6S, mise à jour du tableau de suivi des analyses, rangement et nettoyage de la salle des balances et des hottes, rangement de la zone poubelle, éliminer les réactifs et standards périmés, archivage, récupérer et trier les échantillons, ranger sa zone de travail et les parties communes, éliminer les échantillons analysés et de réserve, rincer la vaisselle selon les procédures et la déposer dans la verrerie, etc…)

  • Participer à l’amélioration continue en initiant des OPA, MIP en accord avec le superviseur

  • Signaler les modifications documentaires à faire en cas d’écart avec la procédure ou de mauvaise compréhension

  • Issu d’une formation bachelier en chimie.

  • Français courant, Anglais bonnes notions
