Votre mission principale

En tant que Team Leader, vous serez le moteur de l’équipe de techniciens de laboratoire. Vous coordonnerez les activités liées aux projets de validation, en assurant la qualité, le respect des délais et la rigueur scientifique. Vous serez également le point de contact privilégié pour toutes les questions techniques et organisationnelles du laboratoire.

Vos responsabilités

  • Piloter les activités du laboratoire microbiologie en lien avec les projets de validation.

  • Être l’interlocuteur de référence lors des réunions projets.

  • Rédiger, revoir et approuver les protocoles, données brutes, rapports et documents associés.

  • Organiser les ressources et planifier les activités pour garantir une exécution fluide et efficace.

  • Encadrer les activités quotidiennes : analyses, encodage (LIMS, ELAN, SharePoint…), gestion des réactifs et standards, archivage.

  • Apporter un support technique sur les équipements et méthodes d’analyse.

  • Participer activement aux investigations et identifier les causes racines.

  • Assurer la conformité aux normes GLP, GDP, sécurité et environnement.

  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue (6S, audits, outils QLP/EHS).

  • Suivre les formations de l’équipe et garantir leur complétude.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme de Bachelier ou Master en Biochimie, Biotechnologie, Microbiologie, Ingénieur industriel ou Bioingénieur.

  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans une fonction similaire.

  • Expertise en microbiologie, monitoring environnemental, assurance stérilité.

  • Maîtrise des techniques aseptiques, des BPF et des bonnes pratiques de laboratoire.

  • Esprit d’équipe, rigueur, sens de l’organisation et capacité d’analyse sont vos atouts.

  • Proactif(ve), autonome et orienté(e) solutions.
