Join the future Vantive as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to collaborate with our dedicated teams in the UK, Ireland & the Nordics, coordinate events, and drive impactful initiatives. Make an outstanding impact by seamlessly implementing our strategic activities within our organization.

This is a hybrid position with two days of remote work per week.

What you'll be doing :

  • Coordinate local team meetings, customer events, congresses, and exhibitions in cooperation with sales and marketing teams, including running the grant process, invoice process, purchase orders, and budget follow-up.
  • Develop and implement new digital patient training tools and external patient training materials.
  • Take charge of digital campaigns, maintaining databases and records of marketing materials.
  • Participate in developing Digital Service Selling (BCCI, MySource; ShareSource) including the development of an online learning portal.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop materials within guidelines and act as a superuser for material approval (in Veeva/Promomats). Coordinate and distribute materials to team members and customers.
  • Maintain databases and records such as the monthly highlights and compile reports for team members.
  • Provide support to product, marketing, and sales managers/directors.
  • Assist in coordinating larger Vantive Nordic activities, including the Nordic conference and other significant events.
  • Apply systems like Coupa, Target II, and PEGA to build purchase orders, code invoices, and upload documentation for grants.

What you'll bring :

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent with successful experience in working in an administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both native and English languages.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and InDesign.
  • Accountability combined with a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Confirmed project management skills with the ability to manage your own areas of responsibility and ensure progress in a large international matrix organization.
  • Dedication and commitment to delivering outstanding results.
  • Enjoyment in handling details when necessary.
  • Interest in digital solutions for sales and communication.
