What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect goods and services

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers

• Work closely with colleagues from different departments to identify and define procurement needs and requirements.

• Lead negotiations with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms

• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues that may arise

• Manage procurement contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Continuously identify and implement cost-saving initiatives

• Stay updated on current trends and effective strategies in indirect procurement

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.

• Proven experience in indirect procurement, preferably in the IT industry

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

• Ambitious and self-motivated with a drive for success

• Strict adherence to ethical standards and compliance regulations
