Your role at Baxter

As a LATAM_CR_Sr Analyst in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will play a vital role in supporting the Research & Development (R&D) Finance team. Collaborating with the Americas FP&A Center of Expertise (CoE), as well as in-country finance and business partners, you will contribute to monthly performance reviews, quarterly forecast processes, annual budgeting, and long-range planning. You will also have the opportunity to supply to valuable business analytics, operational improvement projects, and ad-hoc initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating with R&D and commercial markets to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans, as well as completing ad-hoc reporting requests.

• Crafting standard reporting packages for R&D on a regular basis.

• Providing analysis, reporting services, and presentation materials for the MRR, QRR, and Forecast scenarios to support Global R&D and business.

• Forecasting watershed & OCOS and uploading information into the GBRD.

• Comparing forecasts against budgets, prior year, and other scenarios.

• Maintaining the Deal Model and the GST entity level Reporting.

• Performing variance analysis to explain performance differences and making recommendations for improvement.

• Developing positive relationships with finance and business customers.

• Providing support to finance and R&D leaders.

• Loading R&D expenses for budget and Forecast adjustments into the Financial Planning system.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.

• Proven experience in Finance, Accounting, Planning, or Budgeting.

• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of BI tools is helpful.
