    Am Standort Gambro Dialysatoren GmbH sind wir innerhalb des Baxter-Konzerns auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung von innovativen Dialysatoren und Dialyse-Kathetern spezialisiert. Rund 1300 hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiter engagieren sich täglich die Lebensqualität von Patienten mit Nierenerkrankungen oder Nierenversagen zu verbessern.

    Innerhalb unserer R&D Abteilung übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben.

    Aufgaben            

    • Durchführung explorativer R&D Projekte im Bereich Nierenersatztherapien und extrakorporale Blutbehandlungsverfahren

    • Entwicklung von innovativen Technologien und Produktkonzepten für dieAnwendung in medizinischen Einwegprodukten

    • Systematische Analyse der Aufgabenstellung und Umsetzung nach funktionalen, technologischen und wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten

    • Planung, Durchführung, Auswertung und Dokumentation von Entwicklungsversuchen

    • Interdisziplinäres Arbeiten in Projektteams

    • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen

    • Pflege von Kontakten mit externen Kooperationspartnern

    • Arbeiten in internationalen Projektteams

    Anforderungen

    • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Verfahrenstechnik, Medizintechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Chemie bzw. Life Sciences

    • Bereitschaft Verantwortung für Teilprojekte / Aufgaben zu übernehmen

    • Fundiertes technisches und naturwissenschaftliches Fachwissen

    • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Produkt- und Prozessentwicklung

    • Selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

    • Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeit

    • Teamfähigkeit

    • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift ​
