Votre rôle au sein de la future société Vantive (Baxter)
L’équipe de Service Client basée au siège social à Guyancourt recrute un/une Chargé(e) de projet service client en contrat à durée déterminée d’un an, rattaché(e) au Superviseur Service Clients France. Vous serez en interaction avec les autres pays du cluster (Belgique et Hollande).
Vous aurez pour mission d'assurer la relation client en étant l'intérface entre le client et le future Vantive sur l’ensemble du territoire France et DROM COM. Vous etes garant(e) de la bonne gestion des commandes clients et leur suivi. Vous aurez le role de soutenir le superviseur dans la gestion et le suivi des projets en lien avec le service clients. Force de proposition sur des possibilités d'amélioration des processus, vous participerez activement à la mise en place de nouveaux outils ou processus.
Vos responsabilitiés
- Gestion des commandes France manuelles des clients privés & publics sur l’ensemble du territoire
- Gestion et suivi des commandes EDI en liaison avec le back-office
- Gestion des litiges
- Contribuer activement à l’organisation, la gestion et le déploiement des projets européens de Vantive pour le service client.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec toutes les parties prenantes dans l’intérêt du développement du ou des projets, dans le respect de la qualité de service de Vantive.
- Participer aux réunions de suivi des projets et mettre en œuvre les actions dans le respect des délais.
- Effectuer les tests dans les différents systèmes impliqués et s’assurer de leur bon fonctionnement, de leur application et vérifier la mise à jour de ceux-ci.
- Rédiger et mettre en forme les modes opératoires à l'attention des gestionnaires client et organiser les formations des équipes aux nouveaux processus.
Votre profil
Titulaire d'un bac + 2, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative en service client dans un environnement international.
Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques, ERP, CRM, système EDI et le travail en mode projet
Vous faites preuve d'excellentes capacités de communication à l'oral et à l'écrit, en français comme en anglais.
