What You'll be Doing

  • New Feature Development of the current CRRT Platform to align with the current clinical practices from a clinical workflow perspective.

  • Leverage strong market and clinical knowledge, utilizing prior ICU experience, to identify unmet needs and help define product requirements 

  • Represent the voice of the customer, utilizing prior ICU experience, to ensure software releases include the most critical enhancements and fixes within the project timelines

  • Partner with R&D to drive system improvements to the current platform in-order-to enhance platform reliability and end user experience

  • Develop system level documentation to support the R&D development process

  • Review of all labeling including new screens, manuals, and documentation for all software releases

  • Support R&D Human Factors studies throughout the product development cycle. 

  • Contribute to global marketing strategy and campaigns for our CRRT platform, utilizing ICU experience, to further differentiate and grow market share and drive utilization of CRRT 

  • Work closely with R&D, Medical and Marketing teams on machine implementation

  • Establish and maintain key opinion leader (KOL) relationships to support new product development and market awareness future treads leveraging past experiences and network

  • Align with regional marketing teams to assess market needs from the device perspective

  • Display agile leadership and collaboration with key cross-functional partners including R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical and Marketing to gain organizational alignment 

  • Conduct landscape assessment including market trends/competitive review for CRRT, intermittent therapies and organ support offerings

  • Regularly visit RRT hospitals to keep updated on the latest trends in clinical practice

  • Attending AKI and RRT global congress workshops to stay up to date on market trends  

What You'll Bring

  • Clinician (RN) with over 5+ years’ experience in ICU running CRRT

  • Experience in CRRT devices and HD/SLEED systems

  • Ability to translate customer needs into user requirements for R&D

  • Strong market and clinical knowledge in CRRT and blood purification

  • Resourceful, agile HCP who can demonstrate success in driving aligned, global commercial targets

  • Proven ability to understand market barriers / needs and develop & execute strategies to drive penetration of products

  • Demonstrated leadership experience to develop product vision and strategy

  • Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to identify assumptions and draw conclusions, business and financial acumen as well as strategic thinking skills

  • Ability to lead and influence in a matrixed, global environment and lead teams virtually; identify, communicate, and execute innovative ideas or partnerships

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $136,000 to $187,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
