Baxter is on a journey to separate our ~$5B Kidney Care segment into a standalone company. Vantive* will build on our nearly 70-year legacy in acute therapies and home and in-center dialysis to provide best-in-class care to the people we serve. We believe Vantive will not only build our leadership in the kidney care space, it will also offer meaningful work to those who join us.

  • Direct a large team of consultants (15+) from Solution Integrator partners in constructing detailed (t-minus) cutover plans, iterating and refining plans through multiple planning and practice (mock) execution phases to identify and address gaps and critical path constraints
  • Deliver regular updates to all levels of the organization (C-Suite, project team, global manufacturing/supply chain teams, etc.) to maintain transparency and keep the organization informed of deployment plan progress.
  • Create and orchestrate a detailed cutover plan for turning up new systems and effectively enabling TSA exit from Baxter.
  • Define detailed change control process for managing large volume of changes supporting pre-cutover activity and post-go live production support.
  • Deliver regular updates to all levels of the organization (C-Suite, project team, global manufacturing/supply chain teams, etc.) to maintain transparency and keep the organization informed of deployment plan progress.
  • Collaborate with program leaders to understand environment/platform strategy, program plan (test cycles, go-lives), and align ‘mock cutovers’ & production deployments to support program needs.
  • Oversee the execution of cutover test runs and validation activities to ensure that all system components are working as expected.
  • Infuse modern and emerging technologies (AI, RPA, etc.) into technology delivery process and define strategies for growing their use across stand-alone Kidney business.

What is expected of you and others at this level:

  • Strong communicator – written & verbal. Comfortable organizing and facilitating workshops, working sessions, and deployment calls. Ability to command a ‘room’ or ‘call’ while leading planning and execution.
