Your role at Baxter:

As a Training Clerk you will play an essential part in ensuring the flawless execution of training and certification activities at our Haina, Dominican Republic plant. You will coordinate and deliver training using specific procedures and specifications to a diverse group of employees, including regular, temporary, part-time, contractors, and transferred personnel.

Your role is pivotal in supporting our world-class standards and helping us achieve exceptional outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate the initial training, certification, and re-certifications process of Manufacturing employees and other areas as required.
• Review and improve Manufacturing process manuals as applicable along with area supervisor and Manufacturing support.
• Maintain training system data updated with all performed training.
• Maintain strict archiving control of employee physical certification records.
• Actively participate in the plant Q-Code team for issue resolution, where Training is resolved as a giving factor or a root cause.
• Support the complaints' analysis per request.
• Create, maintain, and update local training matrices and modules per DH-01-02-003.
• Supervise on-time training completion and indicators.
• Report (dotted-line) to the Training area for tasks assignments/distribution and projects management.
• Support the validation process to ensure only certified personnel participates in the runs per approved protocols.
• Provide evidence of implemented action plans for audits and CAPAs related to the Training area.
• Support Documentation Center as Back-up when requested, regarding procedures updates and overall document control at the plant.
• Support the 6’S to ensure La Escuelita aligns with the program.

What you'll bring:

• Term student, Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Management, or related careers.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing/quality and on process operation.
• Availability to work from 11:00PM - 7:00AM (Sunday to Monday).
• Knowledgeable of GMP, GDP, regulatory standards, Specifications, and SOPs management.
• Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish.
